Meals to Missions with Foster Coalition: Kickoff Party
Saturday, October 4, 2025 / 6 – 8 p.m.
The Barn at Carmichael Farms / 695 Signal Valley Trail, Chelsea, AL 35043
Join us for a kickoff party on October 4th at The Barn at Carmichael Farms! Hear about our Meals to Missions fundraiser and how you can impact the lives of foster families. There will be dinner, music, and a chance for you to get involved in impacting a child’s life.
The Meals to Missions Foundation is a nonprofit fundraising partner to other nonprofit charities, schools, clubs and teams by involving their supporters in a powerful mission experience with both local and global impact.
The meals packed by Meals to Missions event participants are distributed to both your local community and to a high-poverty destination in the U.S. or overseas. Meals are distributed by humanitarian workers and volunteers in those countries through a variety of channels. A Meals to Missions event gives participants the opportunity to not only impact our local community, but also have a direct hands-on impact on other parts of the world!
This is a FREE event!

We’ll be discussing all things surrounding the topic of Grandparents Raising Grandkids with a focus on trauma informed care. Speakers are Paul Berry, founder of Foster Coalition, and his wife Robbie. We’ll have snacks for the adults and childcare with pizza for the kids.
